Sit-To-Be Fit Chair Exercise
- Tuesday mornings 9:00 to 9:30 in the Ballroom
- Wear breathable clothing
- Bring water
- Open to anyone who needs or wants to sit when exercising, and those who would benefit from deep stretching
- $5 per class
